Passionate places’ Regional Image Campaign was launched in May 2005 by One NorthEast, to increase awareness of the region and its many superb assets, regionally, nationally and internationally. It aims to capture the true essence of North East England, communicating the region’s passion and vibrancy in the 21st century in terms of its natural beauty, history and heritage, city culture and innovative business – that confident, entrepreneurial spirit that has put us at the forefront of science, innovation and technology.
With such an inspirational message to convey, the Regional Image Campaign is more than a tactical tourism campaign – it’s an excitingly broad regional marketing campaign...
